The Playground: A Program on Taking Play Seriously in Digital Culture

The Playground is a series of experiments on integrating play in the co-creation of digital art and technology aimed at social change. Through desk research and a series of experimental workshops, we will explore how play can be used to imagine alternative narratives to dystopia, spark creativity, facilitate co-creation, and reduce barriers to access in technology. The Playground seeks to establish play as a fundamental methodology for engaging diverse communities and envisioning alternative futures.
